I use a support ticket system courtesy of osTicket to track time spent on existing projects.

This service is provided as a legacy of support services I have offered in the past.

I can use a customised version of UltraVNC to connect to your Windows PC to rectify problems or perform diagnostic functions.

For Linux troubleshooting, I can use terminal direct to your PC/Server file system file system as long as SSH ports are correctly mapped.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track the progress and responses online.

You will need a valid email address to submit a ticket.
